It's all I ever wanted to do. I finished college and started working full time. I held several managements positions over the next 15 years. My dad wanted to bring my sisters husband into the business. He and I had different ideas how it should be run so we disagreed alot. We had a bill sell agreement in place telling how the stock would be handled in case of sale. The stock was in my sisters names and she transferred it to her husband without my knowledge and we all signed a new buy sell agreement in 1980. Five years later my dad decided to removed himself from the franchise, and wanted my brother in law to be 50 50 partners which I totally disagreed with. I said he doesn't have the requied stock to be on the franchise and he said yes he does. My sister transferred it in 1980 without my knowledge. About a year went by and I got a tip that my brother in law and a x-manager had gone into business together. The brother in law had told another manager to hold all the checks of purchases made by the x-manager. I took inventory and there was about $25,000 in inventory missing. I fired the manager and told my dad and brother in law when they got back. My dad said I should have waited and talked to hime first. I said they are stealing from us if that is the way you are going to be I'll buy both of you out or you can buy me out. They bought me out. This all happened in 1986 and I did'nt speak to my sister or her husband for about 18 years. One day I went over to their house and asked them to forgive me and all the bad thoughts I had for the last 18 years. They said there is nothing to forgive. We are now back on good terms and get together every couple of weeks.
